A quote formatter. Usage is {{quote|My existence of the last three years has been nothing but incident.|Emma M. Lion {{Emma ref|e1|5|march|1883}}}} to get:
“My existence of the last three years has been nothing but incident.”

Splitting quotes in multiple lines is preferred but not required:
