Madame Tasset is The Best.

Madame Tasset is a French seamstress of some renown based in London. Eugenia Spencer considers her "The Best."[1]

History[edit]

In order for Emma M. Lion to properly look the part in Eugenia's scheme to see that her daughter marries well, Eugenia sends Emma to Madame Tasset to purchase a suitable wardrobe at Eugenia's expense.[1] At her appointment with Madame Tasset, Emma convinces her to make her a durable wardrobe that is of a more timeless style to allow her to wear the clothing beyond the current season.[2]

Appearance and Personality[edit]

Madame Tasset is a consummate professional, unwilling to compromise her standards or the quality of her work, even if it is against the request of a patron or may even displease them. She is also willing to go above and beyond a patron's request in order to turn a larger profit.[2]
