Description
Creating a chapter anchor for ease of linking to a specific Section heading on a Summary page without having to write the entire chapter title when chapter titles do not follow the convention of "Chapter 1", "Chapter 2", etc.
Usage
Write {{c|X}}, replacing "X" with the correct chapter number. Place directly under the
