Description
The template to indicate when something is no longer incomplete, but is not entirely complete. The article will be added to Category: Partially Complete Articles. It adds a status indicator of a solid quill icon (
) to the top, right corner of the article to indicate the article is partially written, with the other quality tag having similar icons.
