Welcome to The Reed and Rite, the (somewhat) comprehensive guide to the works of Beth Brower. The Reed and Rite is a work in progress (aren’t we all?) so please forgive the rather shoddy appearance.

Our Goal

The goal of The Reed and Rite is to be a resource for readers at any point in their journey through the writings of Beth Brower. This means that the last thing we want to do is unintentionally spoil any plot points! In support of that goal, we are working behind the scenes on building a "Time Machine". This will be a tool where one can view previous versions of the wiki before a book was published. (For example, if you haven't read Volume 8 of The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion, you would be able to view the wiki as it was when Volume 7 was published, meaning there would be no spoilers for Volume 8. And so on for any books.)

This is where we meet our first problem, despite the rabid demands of her fans for more, Brower has already published (at time of writing) 13 books! Which means we have a lot of catching up to do. But in order to maintain the main goal of The Reed and Rite, it must be done one step—and one book—at a time. While we can't build the wiki in real time from when Brower's first book was published, we'll have to do it in practice. Thus, we will start at the beginning.
