Description

This template is reserved for use by administrators. It should be used to indicate a page has been locked to prevent further edits. Using it automatically adds the page to Category:Locked Articles.

The standard reason to lock a page is to prevent unintended spoilers on later books until the wiki has been filled out with content from earlier books. This is to help build the Time Machine properly.

Usage

To use, insert {{editlock}} at the beginning of a page, before the infobox, if present.

Note: You can also pass align= and width= for more granular control of visual appearance. For more details on these parameters, see Template:Notice.
Tag Only
Passing only the tag will add the Edit Lock notice to that page.

{{editlock}}

Specify Book
If you wish to specify through what book content needs to be complete through for the page to be unlocked, simply pass that book's abbreviation from Template:B.
You Type You Get
{{editlock|e1}}

Specify Two or More Books
If you wish to specify two or more books, simply pass a parameter for each book using that book's abbreviation from Template:B. It is preferred to specify only the immediately preceding book instead of all preceding books.

Note: This template is limited to a maximum of seven book abbreviations.
